With the algorithm AlgroFlash are developing, using ‘Flashloan’ technology, traders can borrow large amounts of capital from DeFi(Decentralized Finance) liquidity pools; to enter quick trades without the risk of losing their staked funds. This is possible because of another new technology called a ‘Smart Contract’; a functionality that allows the trader to enter a target price for the trade; and a time frame during which said target price must be hit. If the target price is hit in the correct time frame; the trade executes, the prot is realized and the borrowed capital is automatically returned to the lender. Should the price target not be met; the ‘Smart Contract’ ensures that the trade does not execute and the only money lost is a small fee, paid by the trader, for placing the trade.
